The Virginia Bio-Technology Research Park is located in Richmond, Virginia, 100 miles south of Washington, D.C. and in the heart of the nation’s east coast pharmaceutical and biotechnology corridor. Today, the park is home to over 64 life science companies, research institutes and state/federal labs, employing over 2,000 scientists, engineers and researchers.

Polysonics provided comprehensive acoustical and HVAC systems design for biological impact testing laboratory, including multiple BL2 and BL3 research laboratories. Services included noise isolation and vibration control as well as contamination prevention measures. Total facility size 196,000 gross square feet.
