The Flagship Building is a State-of-the-Art ten story, 276,000 sf modern technology tower utilizing efficient facade treatments. This new office building was designed to attract high-tech tenants to the I-270 “Technology Corridor”. It is located at the junction of I-270 and Wotton Parkway, a gateway site for the corridor as well as for the City of Rockville.

Teaming with Kishimoto Gordon Dalaya Architects, this office building features a full Polysonics acoustical design, including traffic noise control and mechanical noise control to meet or exceed LEED criteria.
