Nationals Park opened in the spring of 2008 and is home to the Washington Nationals Major League Baseball team. It is the first professional sports venue in the United States to earn a LEEDTM certification. Polysonics provided designs and construction administration for several key components of the new facility. Technology design scope included Audio, Video and Control Systems for all the specialty areas (clubs, lounges, center field restaurant and high end suites) as well as a stadium-wide satellite master antenna distribution system feeding over 450 displays.  Polysonics Acoustic Design scope included Critical Noise Mitigation and Interior Architectural Acoustics for the entire stadium.
