Polysonics had the pleasure of providing acoustical design services for Holland and Knight’s Washington, D.C. and Miami, Florida offices.

Acoustical design services for the Washington, D.C. office included interior acoustics, mechanical equipment isolation, office, conference, war, training, teaming, and smart room acoustics, HVAC and mechanical, air handling units and corridor air supply units noise control as well as sound masking. Holland and Knight signed a lease for 140,000 square feet of office space at the PNC Place trophy building, occupying levels seven through eleven with a lower level multi-purpose room.

With prior experience with H&K offices, Polysonics visited the Miami, Florida offices to evaluate the previous conditions and provided an acoustical interior analysis with recommendations for the selection of floor and ceiling materials to improve voice privacy between rooms.
