A new hospitality concept from Starwood Hotels, ALOFT is a mixed-use property featuring retail space and two towers of loft-styled condominium & hotel units.

Working directly with the property developer and the Starwood/ALOFT technical personnel, Polysonics was responsible for contributing to and overseeing the design and integration of all background, entertainment, MATV systems, and IT and Communications technologies property-wide. These designs included access control and guest room technology integration.

Once construction commenced, Polysonics provided in depth installation management. This extra level of management by Polysonics provided a smooth transition from design to installation to operation.
