800 New Jersey Avenue is second of three high-quality residential buildings on a three and a half acre site. The building has 336 luxury residential units as well as 35,000 square foot Whole Foods Market. The Residents can use the facilities in all three buildings, they will have access to club rooms, game rooms, rooftop pools, exercise facilities, dog walk areas, a demonstration kitchen and a 15,000 square courtyard.

Polysonics provided acoustical interior design to assure proper STC and IIC ratings, HVAC for low noise, mechanical noise isolation, mechanical systems, and plumbing noise isolation. Special attention was required to assure acoustical separation between the residential and common areas such as lounge areas, lobbies, and pools.
